First time at the batting cages. He can hit the ball better than I (which isn't saying much but, nonetheless...).
T-ball pitch machine was broken so we had to go to the next one up. Took him a while to adjust to the speed (35 to 40-mph) but, once he got situated, he did surprisingly well. Need some more batting work but the lessons are going to have to come from someone else (because 1. He won't listen to me and 2. I'm terrible).

Today, we attended the birthday party for Jake and Nate Fucillo. Jake turned 3 and Nate 1. They had the best party at their grandparen's place up in Santa Cruz mountains. The kids went pony riding, chased the chickens, hung out in the hammock and had fun running around, just exploring. The weather couldn't have been better. Such fun. Happy birthday Jake and Nate! Hope you had a great time - we did!

Max is signed up for t-ball for the Spring, a total of twelve weeks. His buddy Luke is also playing, together with Ella, Addie, Sienna, Kendall & Austin from Central Nursery School. We had our first practice today. It was so fun to watch them! They did great listening to the coaches. Here are some cute photos that Karen took.
